All staff who accept a position at Caring Friends Daycare Ministry must have a 5 panel drug test, FBI Finger Print test, Child Abuse Prevention Training, physical, and TB test completed as a requirement for Pre-Employment Screening prior to their start date.

All staff are trained in Civil Rights, Workplace Professionalism, the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct, Serve it Safe, and CACFP Food Service in addition to trainings that are specific to the child care industry (examples- Foundations, Infant Safe Sleep, Behavior Modification, Classroom Management, CPR/First Aid, Universal Precautions, Child Abuse Prevention, etc.).
