In celebration of 4C’s 45th Anniversary 4C will be honoring an early childhood professional with the Shining Gem Award. This honor will be bestowed upon an early childhood professional that demonstrates the many facets representative of the sapphire, known to be faithfulness, truth, sincerity, and wisdom. Award ceremony Sept. 11th.
